T.R.C. has arrived and is ready for use.
The pages for www.geocities.com/tombstone_roleplaying/TRC.html are still under construction but the primary information is in place.
Once you go to the TRC page, read the information detailed.
If you have not done so it is encouraged you register your char and find a job.
Money makes the world go round and Tombstone is little different because your char will need to eat and buy anything needed to survive and complete any challenges you will face.
All rp in TRC will be done in descriptions of “attempting” to perform whatever action you desire to have your char make and the results of your attempts will be determined by the DM of the room and not by the player of the char.
This will take place pertaining to everything from simply looking over the surroundings of the area you find yourself in, to conversing with an npc, to fighting an npc.
Description is still needed for your rp.
If you do not fully detail the action you are attempting, the DM cannot provide you with any results of what you are attempting.
Example:
/TRC DM: You have entered an area that is blanketed in total darkness. You can not see your hand in front of your face
Ivan :/me *creates light and can see again to look around.
Pikal: /me He stops moving and reaches into his back pack for a lantern and his matches, intending to light it and look around.
TRC DM: No Ivan, you have to tell me what you are trying to do and you can’t declare what you are trying succeeds. That is what I am here for. Pikal now has a lighted lantern and finds he is standing at the ledge of a cliff. Had he continued walking he would have fallen to his death. Ivan is still in total darkness and did not stop moving and now feels the air rushing by his body and can’t seem to feel the ground under his feet.
If your char dies during a session, relax. The game is may not be over yet. This will be up to the DM and the manner in which you met your demise. However, if your body was destroyed, chances are your char is gone for good.
Fighting between players is discouraged, but if you feel the need to try to kill each other then wait for one of the Undertakers to be present.
T2 in TRC is will not be allowed.
