Adrien . o O ( Damn thing. )
Tobey . o O ( this work dear? )
Adrien . o O ( Yeppers. )
Tobey . o O ( not letting you follow? )
Adrien . o O ( Y!M doesn't have that option anymore. )
Tobey . o O ( I'll go first? Oh that's right. No wonder it looked odd )
Adrien . o O ( Okies. )
Tobey his energy was flowing well through him. A darkness that would creep through everyone. He was in a good mood for once. A new time, even if he was old. Life was looking up. His family was growing and he was still the leader that everyone looked up too. He pushed open the door of the tavern and moved to the wall. Why did he always lean on it?It just gave him the best view of the room. He crossed his arms over his chest and let his red eyes scan the room. What did he have i n his mouth?A toothpick, just like always. A toothpick to keep those sharp fangs sharp.
Adrien . o O ( Wb. )
Tobey . o O ( ty. )
Adrien His eyes didn't lift from the piano, but he knew that Tobey was in the room with him now. Tobey had been very kind and good to him, since he and his friends had raised him. Because of how difficult it was for Tobey and others to prounounce his name, Tobey had gone onto offer him the name Adrien, which he liked, and took as his own. Still reminding himself daily of the Star of David that hung around his neck, and how things had changed. They were an old setting now, like time had been pushed back from when he had been alive. Being undead, he didn't need to breathe or to eat, but he still did, to keep up a sense of normalcy. Something that Tobey had chuckled at, but hadn't tried to stop him from doing. His long, pale fingers drifted over the keys of the old piano, that had sat in the <C>
Adrien Corner of the tavern for as long as probably even Tobey could remember. It hadn't been used; Adrien had had to fix it over a period of a week for the keys to work, and for the songs to come out correctly, so they wouldn't hurt his ears. Tobey would find him, as he always did. Tobey currently had the Star of David of Adrien's, that Adrien had given to him for raising him again, and because Tobey had taken a great liking to it. Lifting his eyes finally from the keys, his and Tobey's eyes meeting across the room as they looked at eachother.
Adrien . o O ( Sorry that took so long and it's so short. )
Tobey . o O ( It's okay. )
Tobey he smiled, which was odd for him. Everyone knew he didn't smile much, it just wasn't him. However, he liked Adrien. He had become a fast friend. The sounds coming from the piano, made him relax. So much on his shoulders to keep his family going. Many years of working from nothing to build them up. The Star of Daivd was on his long black leather coat. This way, he could run his fingers over it. He pushed off the wall and made his way over to Adrien.
Adrien Smiled faintly at Tobey, which was better and much more than what Tobey was used to getting. It had taken a while to make Adrien smile, it had taken him almost as long to pick through the lines of Adrien's past and know what had really happened. But he'd gotten the story out of him eventually, and had attached himself to Adrien almost instantly, after raising him. Nodding his head to Tobey as Tobey came over and sat down in the chair next to the piano, that had been empty for quite some time, as nobody really liked going near Adrien. There was something strange about him, that just didn't feel right. He was pale, but it wasn't because he was undead. He was getting some of his color back, anyway. And that was better than nothing, a phrase that often popped into his head. <C>
Adrien Whether or not he wanted it to, and quite randomly. Playing the piano for at least three reasons. The first because he liked to, and it was a way to support himself, even now. Two, because Tobey had taken a liking to that as well, and three to keep his hands and mind busy, to stop thinking about his past. It wasn't that he was hung-up on it, or that he was sad by it. He was, but he also saw little sense in thinking about it for very long and wishing he could have done things differently. Infact, the bullet that had pierced his heart and killed him, had left a scar, and it was still there. "How are you?" Breaking the silence that had flowed over them both pleasantly. There weren't awkward silences between them.
Tobey he looked at the keys for a moment, then turned his red eyes on Adrien. So much had changed over the time they had been around eachother. Adrien had won another spot in his heart. So, he now would watch over him like a hawk. One wrong look towards him and he'd be one mean vampire. In fact one guy had gotten his throat ripped out for saying things. A bloody, yet fun time. "I'm doing just fine. Wondering about the family. Been awhile since we've all had a chance to talk."He rubbed his chin and looked around."How are you?"
